Umbilical cord?

My daughter's just about a week old and it must have gotten tugged by her and its almost off.. whaat should I do?

I’d call the labor and delivery floor for advice. I’m sure they’ll just tell you to keep an eye on it for signs of infection.

My sons fell off early! The doctor told me to clean it gently with a wet qtip and then keep it dry. Told the diaper down so it doesn’t press on it. It’s been about a week since the photo and his belly button is almost closed for the most part. Watch for redness and if it gets “hot” to touch

Clean it with warm water and a cotton bud to get off the crusty blood then let it air out... don’t pull at it... if it gets weepy, you can put a bit of rubbing alcohol on it to dry it out but I’d avoid doing it too much if it’s only a week pp and the cord is fresh

Keep her shirt off and let it air out. Air is your best friend.
I had concerns about my daughters coming off too soon and the public health nurse where I live said because of the material of the cord it's very rare they come off unless they're close to ready, even if caught.

My babies cord came off after 5 days. I thought it was to soon but it’s a perfect belly button now !
