Worried about twins

So this is my third pregnancy I have a 3yr old little girl and then had a miscarriage back in March and found out I was pregnant again on the 20th. I'm 5w5d and this pregnancy has so many differences and early symptoms that I'm nervous of twins. It runs in both sides of the family and that makes it worse. My question is had anyone had a single birth and then a multiple birth and if so what were your differences in early signs and symptoms?

Some of the symptoms that are different are my morning sickness is worse which is surprisingly possible, I've had heartburn bad and then I've been feeling these popping bubble feelings in my abdomen that remind me of the first movements I felt with my daughter but it seems way early for these symptoms already
