Embarrassing but I need help!

Tonight all of the sudden I got this AWFUL cramp in my vagina. Like deep inside the actual hole. It feels like there’s a bowling ball sitting on my pelvic region. I can feel the pressure in my bum as well.

I am not pregnant but I am 18 months postpartum. I am supposedly in my fertile window at the moment.

I can feel the sharp pain going into where I would assume my bladder should be. I can feel the pressure get worse when I cough.

It doesn’t hurt when I go pee. There’s no burning or dark colored urine so I don’t think it’s a UTI.

Do I need to go to the ER? The pain was so bad a few moments ago that I was crying. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
