So I’m 12 weeks today, and for the last week or so I’ve been feeling like myself again. I have loads more energy and no more morning sickness yay! 😬. So I’ve wanted to start back exercising again, I was thinking jogging/ walking, swimming and yoga, I was going to get a hula hoop too... things like that.

Someone at work advised me not to go running, or hula hoop, and basically just chill out now I’m pregnant, I don’t want to be a couch potato 🥔 though.

Any advice? What do you do?
