Does it Look Healed?

I got a gorgeous tattoo done on my thigh 5 weeks ago. It’s not my first tattoo, but it is my first with tons of shading. So do you think it’s healed? I’m going out swimming with friends today and I’d like to be able to get in the water with them. But if it doesn’t look 100%, then I’ll refrain.
