Would I be a bitch if I left a note on my neighbor’s door?

Their dogs have literally been barking all morning and probably will bark until their owners get home. They’re upstairs and it’s really driving me insane. I just want to leave a note letting them know.

We have several dogs, and if they are being a nuisance to our neighbors, we’d definitely want to know.  We’ve always told our neighbors to let us know if they become a problem.  Just have a nice conversation with them.

Notes don't tend to do anything.
We called animal control on our neighbors because they would let the dog outside at 5am and it wouldn't stop barking.
In our city a dog cannot bark more then 10 minutes straight between 10pm-8am because of noise ordinances.

Do it but it may not do any good. You may have to complain to their face and then if that doesnt work, to whoever else.

Just be nice about it. I'd want to know if my dogs were barking while I was out as I know how annoying barking dogs can be we have 2 big dogs and I wouldn't want them barking am into pm. One of mine barks at window cleaner so when he does his rounds I have to make sure she's in on these days and we do t even have them it's the neighbours who have them x
