Does anyone else have a husband who is oblivious

Does anyone ele have a husband that is oblivious to the fact that their pregnant, and they know. He drives like a maniac constantly and tonight wanted to go fishing. It is a 20 minute hike through dense vegetation full of devils club and birtch, which I'm allergic to severely. Mosquitos everywhere. And I get the look every time I ask why I had to come. I feel like he does not care that I'm feeling cruddy with my morning sickness and I am blessed to only have it every few days. Or that the house is always immaculate dinners from scratch animals happy and content. I feel like what I do just is not noticed including the fact that I'm growing some feet right now!
