Spotting after Pap smear...

So I’ve obviously gone to the gyno before but from all the times I’ve gone I can’t remember it being like this days after. I’ve noticed some spotting, it’s nothing to extreme mostly just when I wipe.. I haven’t really noticed any on my underwear. Also I’ve been having cramps every now and then. Like I said I’ve been to the gyno before but just don’t think this has happened before. Is this normal? Also I’m on the patch as birth control but lately it’s been a pain to stick and stay on. Can this spotting and cramping be a sign of pregnancy? I’m changing my birth control on Sunday so I probably won’t be getting a period this month, so I won’t be able to tell if I miss a period or not. I’m probably just being paranoid lol
