miscarriage?

I dont know if i had a miscarriage, i thought i had missed my period but i got it today but my blood isn’t the normal color it normally is, its like a dark red/brown. im not sure if i can see any blood clots i haven’t really been paying attention to that. usually when i get my period my lower back always hurts but its not as bad as it is now, same with cramps, they’re not letting me sleep and normally its not really a problem. im in mexico for vacation so i feel like i cant go to the dr. also im 19 and still live with my dad so idk what to do, any advice?
