When did everyone announce?

I know you’re technically supposed to wait until 12-13 weeks, but I’ve also read it’s safe to announce between 10-12 weeks.
I’m so impatient!! Any thought from you ladies? Have you already announced or plan to before 12 weeks? And If this is not your first pregnancy, did you announce? 🤗

I announced at 7 weeks, because I want to celebrate this pregnancy no matter the outcome. 
I know a lot of people wait to see the heart beat but you do whatever your comfortable with. Not what others think you should😊

I'm 8+4 today and we're going to announce on Facebook after we tell our friends tonight. 
We had an early loss two years ago and the love and support of people this time around is really helping me stay relaxed and positive.

My husband and I had been trying for 9 years. We started a Facebook page when we did iui’s and then ivf. So we posted weekly updates. We announced the moment the blood test came back positive at 5 weeks. We wanted our friends to be with us during this journey. I also have a friend who made a great statement. Say you are pregnant and haven’t told anyone. Then a miscarriage happens. You announce the miscarriage, a lot of people will come back and say, “I never knew you were pregnant. Why didn’t you say anything.” She said it’s better to have people know early Incase something does happen. Then you have a support team who have been with you during it all.

As a loss mom, who has experienced loss at different stages of pregnancy, to me there is no “safe zone” or “right time”. I learned the hard way, that things can happen at anytime, in the blink of an eye..
So, with my now 13 month old son and with this baby, we will be sharing our news whenever we see most fit! We will be announcing to everyone else once we’ve had a chance to tell our immediate families in person. The love and support that we received from our friends and family is what helped me cope and survive the dark days that followed our losses; so if something were to happen this time (God forbid), I’d turn to them again. 
Pregnancy after loss is scary, but I do my best to enjoy each and every day that I get to carry this new little life beginning to grow in my belly! 
That’s just my personal opinion, but everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. So I say, share whenever you’re most comfortable and try not to worry to much about what other people might think about it! This is YOUR pregnancy, celebrate it however you want mama!

Announce when you feel comfortable. I  was ready to announce with my second at 12+ weeks but the night before I performed an ultrasound at work and found out the baby was gone (I work in L&D). The baby only measured 9 weeks. I’m thankful I had not posted to the world. It would have been a lot of explaining.:(

My first appt is in 2 weeks and I will be announcing publicly the week after that at 10 1/2 weeks. Some people already know but just close friends and family. I will tell my bosses after my appt too.

I announced to my family and boss the week after testing positive (5 weeks). We still haven’t announced to my fiancé’s family but will once I have my next appointment.

Do whatever you feel confortable. We are not telling anyone until week 13 but that is our personality we don’t want to give explanations to anyone if something happens. But there are some people that need the emotional support of their family and that is also good. Do what you Think is best for you and your husband no matter what.

I announce when I feel comfortable with my pregnancy, and attached to it. I feel like if I really feel pregnant and am already envisioning this child in my arms, I would need my loved ones to know if something went wrong. I wouldn’t want to have to keep any of it to myself.
