Cytolitic Vaginosis

Any ladies out there with cytolitic vaginosis? I just found out recently that I have it and I’ve been struggling with managing it. I started out doing baking soda baths and it would help the symptoms for like a day. I just started using the baking soda capsules and they seem to help with the itching and discharge but sex has been so painful. Anyone have any tips? I’ve never even heard of this before the doctor told me
