Is this sexual assault?

Well, many times I’m going for a long walk in my neighborhood, cars passing by (mainly having 20-30 year olds in them), honk at me, open windows and shout things like “oh yeah” etc. I don’t mind most of the time, I’m just shocked in those moments. I get suddenly scared. Also sometimes they drive slowly by me so that they check me out.

The times that I drive, I’ll have people driving slowly by my car and looking at me, smiling at me, and even one time someone winked at me.

What is considered sexual assault?
