VERY TMI!!!! C-section bleeding

I had a c-section 4 weeks ago. My bleeding completely stopped earlier this week. Because of that i thought it was okay to have sex again. I had sex about three times through the course of two days and ever since the third time there was blood on the condom and when i wiped there was blood. It gradually started getting worse since then. Now it looks like this and i’m beginning to get worried. It’s very mucusy like and stretchy and that’s the darkest blood clot i’ve seen since the c-section. And now my lower abdominal area and hips are starting to hurt and kind of cramp. I desperately do not want to go to my doctor because i’m ashamed and scared to tell her i had sex. Any at home things i can do? Is this highly dangerous or will i be alright? I have an appointment in two days on monday so maybe she’ll just catch it then and think it’s because of something else?
