New boyfriend distance 🙃

So I have been dating my guy for over one month officially but I have been in Europe for 3 weeks and I’ll be back home soon.

Before I left he got upset with me for going to a friends party and not telling him so I expect the same from him but tonight he went to his friends girlfriends birthday and he keeps posting stuff on insta and sc (idk whether he’s doing it to try make me jealous- bc I think he might’ve gotten jealous about me going away. Idk it just made me a bit sad- like I know he won’t do

anything. Before he went he sent me a snap of whether to shave or not and I said don’t and all I got was “okey” as a reply.

He has always been shit at messaging but I thought it would get better with me being away but it’s not. The convo always dies, he barely makes an effort or sometimes leaves me on read. Takes 3 hours to reply unless it’s sexual. I get him not wanting to bother me but I feel like I’m bothering him with how he replies so shortly. He hasn’t even asked how my trip is.

I also saw him liking other girls bikini photos but I’m mature and that’s not really what bothers me- but he likes them while I wait a good few hours for him to reply to me.

Last thing: he sent me a snap saying his parents booked a holiday to Portugal without him and as a joke I said go to Ibiza without them (bc he loves it there) and after 4 hours he said he booked the trip- idk if he’s being serious. Who books holidays without thinking. Also a bit weird that he didn’t mention it to me.

I know I’m really bagging on him here, could just be me missing him but I just don’t know whether I’m overreacting Rn bc I’m on my period and stuff or whether I should be expecting these things. Also side note he’s quite attractive 20 year old that has never had a girlfriend before until me.

My friend also said why does he post insta stories of himself unless he wants attention- she doesn’t think it’s from other girls but she thinks he wants me to reply. Does anyone else’s Bf do this?
