Working out sucks... I’m over it
Currently walking on the treadmill... I’m soooo so close to my goal weight, 5lbs away... I also have cramps... haven’t had a period since 7weeks postpartum, now 5 months postpartum 🙄. I’ve been slacking cuz I’m so close and it’s the holiday weekend. Why is it so easy to gain weight but so difficult to lose it?!! Gained 2 lbs in a day from eating like shit. 😠
