Getting out to daycare

My LO is starting daycare next week, and she has to be there at 6:30 when they open cuz of when I work. My question is, do i wake her up, feed her, diaper and then get her in the carseat and go? Or if shes still sleeping just let her be and put her in the carseat and go and let the daycare feed and diaper her when she gets up? 🤔 its pretty random what time shes been eating in the early AM, sometimes its 4am sometimes its not til 9
