Sad kid

Y’all my little 7 yr old brother in law feels unloved. My mil is not emotional at all with her kids. She talks to them like they’re her bar friends. Yesterday she came over and like always just talks out of her ass. Starts saying how he’s just baggage and that if she didn’t have him life will be different and she’ll be better. She always does this in front of her kids. I hate it but there’s no one to change her ways(she’s bipolar) he ran out of the room and my husband ran after him. He started saying how no one loves him and he hates his life and how everyone would be better off without him. It broke my heart!! Idk if I’m just venting or asking for advice. I just want to take her kids from her 🥺☹️
