Husbands “MidlifeCrisis”

My hubby is strongly thinking about quitting his job of 15 years in order to fully commit time to our brand new first business. I’m encouraging it as he is borderline depressingly unhappy at his job. I’m 26, he’s 34 and we spoke with his mom about what’s been on our hearts. She suggested he stay a little longer as he may be going through a minor “mid life crisis.” Lol I don’t think he is and I think he has taken some of what she said to heart and seems Discouraged with just all of these huge decisions. Anyway I want to cheer him up with by showing him testimonials of people who have been through similar decisions in their 30’s with changing career fields.
