Lactation a sign of very early pregnancy?

Hi all! I have a 14 month old boy. We just started TTC #2. I’m 3 DPO and all of a sudden my breasts have started to leak a bit (lactate). I stopped breast feeding a few months ago and haven’t experienced this since. Could this be a sign of very early pregnancy? TY!

Not sure because I still lactate a bit sometimes and I stopped breastfeeding five months ago. And I’m not pregnant. Tough to say.
