Postpartum pains?

Hi ladies. Wondering if I’m going crazy. I had my baby about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I noticed sharp pains that come and go on my right side lower abdominal. Has anyone else gone through this and it nothing? I’m kind of worried because if they send for an ultrasound they might night see much. Every pregnancy I’ve had they could never find my right ovary. 
Just wondering if this can be related to postpartum healing.

I’ve had really intense cramping that hit me in the lower abdomen and sometimes radiate to my butt... I got hit with 3 consecutive cramps that were 3-4 mins long in the middle of grocery shopping and it was bad, I almost slumped to the floor...
My dr said that some cramping is normal because your uterus is contracting and going back to it’s normal size, but he did get to me get an ultrasound done because of the intensity... I either have a big blood clot still lodged in there or it’s a bruise from the forceps used but her thinks that’s why it hurts so much

I had a cramp in my lower right side yesterday ... might have been from walking a lot

I’m a little over 2 weeks pp. most of my pains at this point are more of an ache, not sharp pains. I suggest calling your OB and making sure they think it is normal.
