High blood pressure, headaches, blurred vision! Has this happened to anyone???

I’ll be 36 weeks Tuesday. I have symptoms of preeclampsia but all blood work cane back fine and I had protein in urine last Monday. My BP was 158/101 and was having head aches and blurred vision yesterday so I called dr and they said go to L&D and get monitored. When I got to L&D it was 156/98 then over an hour went back down to 136/78 and urine and blood work came back fine and got to go home. But I’m still concerned and wondering why I’m having the symptoms and don’t have preeclampsia?? Does this happen before it turns into preeclampsia??

I hope he can stay in as long as possible it’s just confusing.

I had preeclampsia with my daughter but I found out and the next day they induced me at 37 weeks. So I’m not really sure what to think.
