Two days of multiple peak OPKs?!

Question

So yesterday I thought I had a positive opk. But since I’m a poas addict, I decided I’ll test again today. I’ve been having a dull ache in my womb area all day and some right side pelvic pain. And so these happened. All from today. So what does it mean to have two days of multiple peaks??

I usually have 2 days of what looks like peak as well... I think it means you are working up to ovulation (I read that some women get a sudden LH surge and some women have a gradual climb).  If you get the premom app, it will give you an idea of your actual LH concentration.. not exact but def helps... I attached a pic so you can see what I am taking about.
