25 and forever alone

So I'm 25 and I've never been a relationship. I have been okay about this for the most part but now my friends are getting married and having kids and I'm starting to feel left out, and like I will never meet someone. I'm introverted but in certain settings I'm outgoing .I do a lot of volunteer work and hang out with friends but I'm always surrounded by the same people more or less- none of which I am interested in romantically. I've tried dating apps before (bumble and hinge) but I always end up running out of stuff to talk about with strangers. I find it easier to make connections with people in person. Any tips for ways to meet guys ? And work is not really an option, I work with a lot of older married people.
