Me... spotting??

So my husband and I have been TTC over a year and each time my period is late my Hope's go up. And then at the end of the week my Hope's are crushed because I start. This month I missed my period.. the week has ended and something changed.... I'm spotting.... I DONT SPOT.... my period is all ways like a broken flood gate (sorry TMI) but yesterday I spotted once theres out the day that was it.... and to day the same thing. I need to know am I overreacting and overthinking..... or do you guys think it could be something...... ??? Please help... I do have a doctor's appointment on July 11th and I'm going to dring it up to her then.. or should I call tomorrow?
