I need more Energy!!!!
I’m 17 weeks pregnant and I thought I would get some of my energy back now that I’m out of the first trimester. I’m sensitive to coffee so I can’t drink it (gives me headaches and makes me nauseous).
Is there some kind of vitamin or drink or something that will boost my energy.
I’ve tried working out and lemon water. I see so many pregnant moms with energy out of this world. I have 3 other kids and I feel bad that I never want to do any because I’m so tired and I can’t help it. I wake up at 7am and I’m in bed by 9pm. I take a nap when all of my kids lay down for one and we sleep for 1-2 hours and I’m still tired.
