💙 I love that I am lucky enough to be able to take time off from work to enjoy these first weeks with my little boy. It's one of those things I didnt really realize was so rare until I started to plan for it with my job and spoke to other dads about paternity leave. I couldn't imagine having only a few days off for just his birth and/or the hospital stay or no days off at all or how it basically was non existent some years ago.

It's nights with not much sleep, its feeding him, changing diapers, goofing off with him in my arms, and much more but it's also being there for my wife and supporting her in anyway I can. These are times that once they pass you cant get them back, I'm SO HAPPY I get to experience them because I know all dads dont. 💙
