Do you brush your tongue?

I just started working at a dental clinic and was surprise to see many patients who don’t brush their tongue. I’m talking about a thick white film that has layered over time.

Yes! If I don’t my breath will smell within like an hour lol. But now that I’m pregnant, when I brush my tongue I literally gag my brains out 😂

Both in the morning and at night.
If someone does NOT brush their tongue, I don’t consider it them actually brushing their teeth. 🤢

Answer is obvious. I mean, would you eat on the same plate over and over again without washing it? Food particles stays on your tongue too 😭😅

Yes. But not lately just because of morning sickness and I’d rather not throw up right after brushing my teeth 🤣
