I’m confused,, he’s mad at me for posting WHAT?

So my boyfriend is questioning our relationship because I made THIS my profile picture on facebook.

He said he didn’t like it so i took it down out of respect. He said it’s “too revealing”. I personally didn’t see anything wrong with it but i took it down anyways. No he’s accusing me of manipulating him because i think that nothing is wrong with the picture which makes absolutely no sense. This literally happened at 10am. He’s dragging it out even though i took it down as soon as he said something and i apologized as well.

Update: He said he wanted a break and blocked my number but didn’t block me on anything else. I’m just annoyed and hurt at this point.
