yeast infection

so yesterday i got some intense itching down there and as did my boyfriend after we tried to have sex that morning but we had to stop because it hurt me. i figured it was a yeast infection so i got monistat and some guy stuff for him and today i don’t feel any relief and i have what looks like a blister on my vulva. it’s so painful and i know it can’t be an std or anything because we’ve literally only slept with each other for the past two years. can you get blisters from yeast infections? it’s not itching anymore it’s just painful.
