I have an interview, any tips? Any managers on here?

I have an interview for a promotion that is up for grabs at my job. I am going up against my coworkers (internal hire only) I have been working here since 2011 so I haven’t interviewed in forever. I want to google stuff or watch videos etc ... hubby thinks this is a bad idea and that I should just be myself and answer the questions as they get thrown at me without any preparation. I don’t know what questions will be asked so... what do I do? Any hiring managers/supervisors on here?

Internal hires are very different from external interviews. They will likely focusore on your specific experience with the company, and not so much on general "getting to know you" type questions.
If you haven't already, revamp your resume and update it with specific experience related to the position you are interviewing for. Bring extra copies to the interview, in case they didn't receive it from you ahead of time. Bring an extra copy for yourself, in case you blank out on your own accomplishments.
Do you know anyone in the company with a similar job title? You can request an "informational interview" with them. It can be as informal as grabbing coffee together, and chatting about the requirements of their position, and what qualities the hiring managers look for.
If you do get asked general questions, frame your answer as a STAR response (Situation, Task, Action, Result). For example: tell me about a time when you and your team were at odds with each other, and what did you do to resolve it?
Situation: My team was tasked with improving performance for Process A. One coworker was convinced that Plan X was the best approach, but I firmly believes that Plan Y was better.
Task: We had to decide as a team which plan to work on, because we only had enough resources to try one approach.
Action: We each did research into the pros and cons of our ideas, and talked with other teams to find information about variables might not have considered. We then laid out our proposals to the entire team, and weighed in on the decision as a group.
Result: after careful consideration, my team agreed that Plan X was the right way to go. I was disappointed to have to give up my plan, but ultimately everything worked out great. My coworkers respected my willingness to work together with them, and we ultimately improved performance on Process A by over 50%.

Answer

If you know what the job is going to be and what type of responsibilities will be included in it, prepare yourself by practicing answers that will show why you will be the best possible candidate for the position. 
Like "why do you feel your skills fit this position?" And "give an example of a time you showed expertise in this area" and "what makes you best suited for this promotion over the other people interviewing?" 
Don't stress yourself too much over it, I definitely agree with being yourself as much as possible while also being prepared for specific questions about the job.  Internal hires are a lot different because they already know you and know what your capabilities are, so if you prove that you will be the best person for that promotion then you shouldn't have any issues.
