HELP ! 12 weeks

I am so darn upset right now. I'm so fucking worried that something is wrong......

This doesn't look right and the ultrasound tech didnt show me ANYTHING other than the heart beat and it was literally a 2 second glance. Plus she asked about some test and told me to discuss it with the doctor (Down syndrome I'm thinking).

I'm seriously telling you, I think something is wrong !

My other ultrasound pics from my other two children looked nothing like this.

I looked at some other 12 week ultrasounds on here and mine looks very underdeveloped and deformed in comparison.

Tell me what you guys think please. A very worried mama.

The brain, face and possibly the body is what I am concerned about.
