Losing my 2nd baby

In feb 12 weeks i found out my first baby's heart stopped at 10 weeks. The past few months have been hard but i was finally happy again, got a new job and everything. In the end of june i found out i was pregnant again and i was verry happy. But then at 5 weeks i starded bleeding. Ob said it wasn't that bad and i shouldn't worry. They did some tests but there wasn't really anything wrong. But then she did an altrasound. I should have been 5,3 weeks at that point but she could only find some tisseu that could mean something is there but it looked like i was 4 weeks. I knew that wasn't possible so i was preparing myself for some bad news next week.

Last night I started bleeding bright red blood and some clots came with it. I have an appointment in 2 hours but I already know what they are going to say. Right now it feels like I'm never going to hold my own baby in my arms...
