Miscarriage and still bleeding??

How long do you normal bleed for after a miscarriage? I had mine start June 18th and I passed the baby June 21st and I’m still bleeding more than 3 weeks later. Not sure when “too long” is and when the risk of infection starts if it doesn’t all come out

I bleed for 3 months after everything came out. 3 months of torture

I went and got checked after bleeding for longer than 2 weeks (and sometimes I was still randomly having heavy gushes). Turns out I had retained tissue and ended up with a D&C. Miscarriage started Dec 27 and the D&C was January 17

Did you get an ultrasound after your miscarriage ?

I bled for 8 weeks with my first miscarriage but the baby was stuck in my cervix so my doctor had to remove it. I bled for 6 weeks with my second miscarriage. If you’re concerned I’d call your doctor and go in just to be checked.

First miscarriage i bleed heavily for over 10 weeks, 2nd one 3 or 4 weeks light some days really heavy others  and then the 3rd i bleed for a week week and a half and it was light with a day or two of super heavy
