Second Trimester Spotting
So early this morning I noticed some very light bleeding and I still have some light blood in the discharge. I didn’t have cramping initially and have been on bed rest all day. I’m starting to feel like there are cramps in the middle of my uterus but very light. Are these signs of miscarriage?
