Navy lodging?

I’m planning a trip to go down and see my boyfriend in Kings bay Georgia. His roommate said there’s a navy lodge on base (or near I can’t remember) that he said I could stay at while I was coming down to visit. I was looking into it and I was just wondering because we aren’t married or related would I be able to even stay there?

As far as I know, all hotels on base are called Navy Lodge. They are generally really nice. Think, Holiday Inn Express. Not luxury but clean and nice. 
We’ve stayed at several over the years and always have a great experience. You can stay in the room as long as it’s in his name and he pays. 
Just be aware they are ON base, which means you will need to be “chaperoned” because you’re not married. You won’t be able to purchase anything because you do not have a military ID (like going to the commissary, any restaurants, etc). Technically, he should be with you the entire time because he will sponsor you on base... so don’t wander off 😂

If theres a hotel on base you can do that. But if youre not married you cannot stay with him. If you ever need a friend through this, sendxme a message! Ive gone through this.

Yes you can. He just has to put the room in his name. We have done it for family members before at two different bases.
