Can i have some help/suggestions for inlaws

Hi mummas, im after some help, i dont want criticism im here for some help and suggestions if u dont like what i say please keep your thoughts to yourself.

Im a first time mum my bubba girl is 3 months old, im breast feeding & EXTREMELY protective of my little girl.

I never had a problem with my inlaws until i fell pregnant.

So they dont see my daughter much but when they want to come over i cant exactly say no and i wont because they are my partners parents and... my daughters grand parents. but I just can't stand them especially MIL! I just feel uncomfortable when they are around and i feel uncomfortable when they hold my bubby.

They are coming over tomorrow and Im just after some suggestions on what to do amd how i stay calm

I suffer from severe anxiety aswel. And past depression i am still on meds for.
