Miscarriage 😭😰

On July 1st around 3:30 I felt actually great so I decided I would take a pregnancy test 3 days before my period & so I did and it came back with 2 pink lines :) me and my hubby were so excited to welcome baby #2 to our family in March 2020. Thursday July 11th woke up and went to the bathroom notice some really light light blood only when I wiped. I remember from 2 years ago I had the same light spotting with baby #1. So I went on about my day about mid day it got worse.. a lot a lot of bleeding and a lot a lot clotting and passing tissue which I have never experienced this before so of course I called my obgyn office and immediately they wanted to see me. So me and hubby went in sat down for the ultrasound I was suppose to be 5 weeks but the ultrasound only showed the sac which measured at 4 weeks did some blood work and my HCG levels where 54 which the nurse told me is normal for a 2/3 week pregnancy. Told me to monitor my bleeding and come back Monday for more HCG blood work. Well the bleeding hasn’t stopped or hasn’t gotten any better, the cramps/back pain is horrible. Last night I decided to take a pregnancy test to see if our little bean is still there...

I guess this explains what all the bleeding came from, the horrible cramps, the horrible back pain... we have lost baby #2 😭 I still have my Dr appt tomorrow for HCG levels. Prayers ❤️
