Okay so... ttc after nexplanon

Hey guys! Lord I sound like those you tubers 🤦🏽‍♀️😂😒 anywayssss... so I got my nexplanon take out June 4th and I only had it for 6 months. I started cramping THAT DAY! then started to spot on and off from June 5 for the next couple days. So I had a real period I’m guess because I legit spotted then had heavy blood a couple days after spotting. I even had periods while on it. I’ve never been that lucky one to not get them even when I had my IUD. So then I started getting the normal pms symptoms but no period! I am now 6 days late and I have that creamy white mucus coming out. I have taken test but they are negative 🙄 has anyone had something similar? Like idk wtf to think I’ve NEVER not had a period.
