Questions about yeast infections and oral

I started a new job. And with the heat I've been sweating alot. And I think it's causing chronic yeast infections. I'm taking medicines that seem to be working. But I just have a terrible time keeping up with it. What's something simple I can do to prevent this??? I hate feeling like I'm smuggling a pinecone in my pants. Also will a daily pill regiment effect the taste??? What foods can make me taste sweet??? How long does it take to go into effect??? How long does it last ??? My bf is coming home from deployment in a couple of weeks and he's never done oral on a girl.
