TMI which I’m sorry for

Hey all, not sure if this is the right place but seriously needing advice. Been on contraceptive injection for about 7 1/2 years. Stopped it a few months ago and had a period last month. Me and my partner are trying to conceive but noticed my lady garden as he calls it is getting very very very wet. Now I’m just wondering is this because I could be pregnant or is this just my body getting back to normal?? Just to add that my sex drive has gone through the damn roof which is why I’m also wondering what the hell os going on 😱😱😵. Any advice will be welcome.
