Am I smothering him?

So basically we live out in the middle on nowhere, a town with only 150 people I think.

I don’t have any friends expect for a girl who lives an hour away but when we talk she only ever wants to talk about herself.

My fiancé is my best friend and the only person I can talk to about things on my mind but his little brother, his family and people in town think I’m smothering him, they say I’m a lost puppy following him around behind my back 😔

I didn’t think I was but now I’m worried. I’m 16 weeks pregnant so I’m already emotional but after his little brother told me what everyone has been saying. Now I just feel horrible.

Should I say something to my fiancé? Ask if he thinks I’m mothering him?

He does smoke and when he goes outside to smoke he usually asked me if I’m coming out with him And whenever we go somewhere he usually asks me to come with him so I’m not sitting at home not doing anything.

I used to have a horse 😭 but I had to sell her so now I have nothing to do. Can’t do anything online cause we don’t have service and we don’t have much internet available and once that runs out that’s all we have for the month (it usually runs out in 2 weeks with 3 of us living here)

I don’t know what to do 😭 I feel horrible. He’s at work atm so I’m sitting here stressing about if he thinks I’m smothering him too 😭😭

So I asked him and he was surprised and said no he doesn’t think I’m smothering him, and he asked why I asked so I told him about what people have been saying and he said to just ignore them cause we are fine 😋🥰
