Toddler help?!

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and my little boy is 20 months and I'm really struggling with him day to day. He just will not listen unless Its something he wants to do I find myself bribing him to do things I need him to do and I know that's not good. I'm always telling him no coz the things he does are bad like he will pull the dogs fur or throw hard toys at the tv or mess with electricals. I've tried time out and explaining he must not throw. I've tried being positive when he is playing nicely but it feels like that isn't very often. I think he's bored as I'm suffering with pregnacy related difficulties we are mostly just stuck in the house. I just don't know what to do.
