Infertility

Hearing those words "you will NEVER conceive naturally together" changed our lifes forever. Something we thought would be easy like having a baby out of love turned to doctor appointments every week, lab work, ultrasounds, MRI, CT scans, sperm analysis, ect. After everything is said and done we find out my husband was born without a left kidney, missing right seminal vesicle (cause azoospermia), vas deferens empties out inside the bladder(kills sperm because urine is acidic). The urologist said he was born with this and that we could possibly try a buffer method that he has to research because he and the three other fertility specialist in my area have never done it. The other recommendation is sperm extraction but he says his sperm will most likely be all dead because it has already mixed with his urine. He was not hopeful it would work. My husband hasn't told a soul because it is how he was raised. Private matters stay in a home. We are both drowning with the news that is breaking our hearts and trying to move forward. I need advice! He is mourning his body and I'm mourning a loss that I may never be able to carry out children a dream that we have always wished for. I need strength in this time of weakness.
