5 Weeks and 6 Days!

Okay ladies. So I went in for some spotting today, and got an ultrasound! They said the gestational sac and yolk sac are measuring 5 weeks and 6 days, the app says 6 weeks exactly. They said it’s too early to hear a heartbeat, she checked but didn’t see one yet. I’m going back in two weeks and they did my beta and progesterone levels again but I won’t know till tomorrow. Does this all sound normal? The doctor didn’t seem very worried just said that she wants to see if the progesterone level is normal and my numbers went up.
