SCH (Subchorionic Hematoma) Anyone diagnosed with this in their first trimester?

We went to the ER this morning. After having bright red blood (more than just spotting) and some clots, I thought we had lost our baby. I’m still really early and not out of the woods yet (5 weeks 5 days). But I was diagnosed with a SCH. 
Has anyone else been diagnosed and can tell me your experience? I’m trying to relax but the anxiety is real.

Yes! I had this at exactly the same time. Mine completely resolved itself by 12 weeks, but I only ever bled twice. I just took it super easy. My husband did all of the vacuuming and heavy lifting. Pregnancy is scary, and if it’s not one thing it’s another. Just breathe and take care of yourself. ❤️

I had this at 9weeks.  This is my third pregnancy and have never even spotted with my first two so I was terrified.  After the initial bright red bleed (more than a period) I spotted brownish blood a few times into 12 weeks.  I am now 17w2d and baby girl is perfectly fine and healthy.  It's common to bleed in first trimester and go on to have a normal pregnancy

I was diagnosed at 10 weeks (Bleeding started at 9 weeks.) I was put on complete pelvic rest and told not to lift anything over 10 pounds. The bleeding stopped by 11 weeks, but the hemorrhage was still visible at the 14 week scan. At our 20 week scan, it was no longer there.
