Lightening crotch??

I’ve been having some sharper pains then I did before where is circled. And also some what feels like tightening all around my belly. But those aren’t regular so I don’t think they are contractions. But where I circled. Would that still be considered lightening crotch even tho it’s more above that area or something else?? I’m 38 weeks and 1 day. Oh also the pressure is much more than before and I constantly feel like a twinge down there like I’m going to pee myself. Which I assume is normal 🤷🏼‍♀️
