What should I do?

My daughter isn’t handling breast milk very well it seems like.. she acts like it doesn’t fill her up and it makes her have extreme spit up. Almost a whole bottle worth (she’s 4 days old so not a big bottle) 
She eats and eats it’s like she don’t get full off of my milk

A whole bottles worth? At four days old? Maybe she’s spitting up because she ate too much.  What signs is she giving you to indicate she’s still hungry? And are you pace bottle feeding?

What if she gets it from the breast instead of the bottle? 
My guess is she’s getting gas from the bottle and she’s confusing gas with hunger or is looking to eat to soothe herself which is just making things worse (spit up etc), and it’s a vicious cycle. 
If she gets it directly from your breast and is fine that’s probably at least part of the issue.
