Hemorrhoid

I am 4 weeks postpartum and I noticed the past couple day I am having very hard poop, it hurts to use the bathroom & I put a mirror and it’s a small bump on my anus. I’m pretty sure it’s a “hemorrhoid “ . I am so upset will this ever go away 😞😞😞 I had a baby naturally and pushed really hard once and he was out in two mins with a 10 minute labor. so idk if that was the cause or what . Any advice? I’m going to dr on my day off next week I just needed to vent
