What could it mean

So when I go to pee and I'm done peeing right at that moment  I get this pressure like pain that runs from my vagina/hips/lower back it's everywhere and very sharp in this areas and makes me feel like I gotta push or something an last about 10-15 seconds but it's only when I'm done using the bathroom , what could this mean? I'm 38+2 and it just started today

It may be associated with menstrual cramps if you’re getting those. I get them a lot throughout the day or if I stand up. I also get contractions when I stand up from sitting. It may be the pressure from that? Unless you have a UTI or something?

I really think it’s baby filling the cavity where your full bladder was. I have this sometimes after having a longer pee. It’s like baby drops down or something. I don’t really notice it if I go pee more frequently. There is absolutely no science behind this response, just my guess from what I’ve felt! Lol
