Heartburn 😳😳

I’m having the most intense heartburn after almost everything I eat or drink all day long. I’ve been going to sleep while sitting up in bed and then once I fall asleep I’ll wake right back up close to vomiting the heartburn is so bad. I’ve kept my food pretty bland in an attempt to avoid it, but nothing so far has seemed to work. I’m at about 6 weeks and I’m looking for some advice/safe options in order to get some relief because sweet Jesus I need some relief!
